SCULPT SOCIETY SHOP POLICIES
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 14–21 business days for processing and shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Sculpt Society is a small business, and many items are shipped directly from trusted fulfillment partners. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Sculpt Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or packages marked as delivered.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Due to the nature of our inventory, we cannot guarantee that the same item or size will be available for exchange. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or clearance items
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Intimates
• Accessories
• Gift cards
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sculpt Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is not guaranteed. In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be contacted and offered a refund or store credit.
